Kara has strong attention to detail and a long-standing interest in accounting and financial reporting. These strengths have served her well throughout her career in accounting and bookkeeping and continue to support her work with Plus Minus Inc. as an accountant.

She enjoys preparing financial statements and working with business owners to provide accurate financial information about their businesses. Kara is an Oregon Licensed Tax Preparer (LTP), a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Known for her organization, reliability, and collaborative approach, Kara values building strong working relationships and delivering high-quality service to clients and team members alike.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and a good gelato.
