“First, we will always have the tools it takes to keep on the cutting edge.” It’s a credo he first encountered in the Marine Corps. “As a Marine, you’re told that if you bring the grit and the drive to succeed, you’ll always have what you need to get it done. That’s how we do things around here too.”

As for the grit and drive, Stephan and his team bring those essential ingredients as well. “We always battle for our clients. If they’re in the dark when they come to us, we’ll get them through. No one should feel lost at sea with their taxes.”

The entire Plus Minus environment is built around the concept of people helping people, not just crunching numbers. This core principle has been in place since Stephan opened his business more than 20 years ago.
